This certification allows employees, customers, and other stakeholders to recognize the commitment made by the company and its employer to improve the health and safety levels of workers and other relevant parties.
Authorization for hazardous and non-hazardous waste
We hold the necessary authorizations issued by the competent authorities for the storage and treatment of special, hazardous, and non-hazardous waste. This includes registration with the National Register of Environmental Managers for the relevant categories, ensuring that waste transport and brokerage take place in accordance with the law.
Compliance with Regulation (EC) 1013/2006
We manage and organize transboundary waste shipment activities in compliance with European Regulation 1013/2006, which governs waste transfers between countries. This means that, should waste need to be sent to foreign plants, all notification and authorization procedures will be handled according to EU regulations, ensuring safe and traceable shipments.
Traceability and Waste Identification Forms
We adopt a rigorous traceability system for incoming and outgoing waste, maintaining updated registers and ensuring complete documentary correspondence (waste identification forms, loading/unloading registers, annual MUD). This commitment to compliance is an integral part of the certifications obtained.
Model 231 Governance and Code of Ethics.
We ensure that every transboundary waste shipment activity takes place in strict compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006. We are committed to managing prior notification and authorization procedures with maximum transparency, ensuring that every transfer to foreign plants is safe, traceable, and compliant with European legal standards, in order to prevent illegal management and protect environmental integrity.
MEPA Enabled
We are enabled on MEPA (acquistinretepa.it) to participate in tenders promoted by Public Administrations for the following categories:
- hazardous special waste management services;
- non-hazardous special waste management services.
